Skills4Good/B3 is thrilled that Josephine Yam, our CEO & Co-Founder, won the Most Influential Filipina Women in the World Award! She received her award at the 15th Filipina Leadership Global Summit held at the historic St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in London, UK.

This prestigious award "recognizes Filipina women who have risen to the most influential positions around the world and are using their influence to make an impressive impact in society”.

The award was presented by the Filipina Women’s Network (FWN), an international organization that seeks to advance the power and influence of Filipina women leadership globally.

"I am so honoured and humbled to receive this global award", said Josephine. “It’s a validation of Skills4Good/B3’s mission to advance all forms of diversity to create an inclusive world.”

Skills4Good/B3 works with corporations to match their employees to serve on nonprofit boards for leadership development, diversity & inclusion and community building. Its board matching and training programs create a clear triple win for corporations, employees and the nonprofits across Canada.
