Companies need to win the war for talent to achieve a competitive advantage. To win this war, they need highly engaged employees. Employees who happily give their time, passion and energy to their work. Since 2016, B3 Canada’s mission is to help large companies win the war for talent by matching talent with purpose.

Today, we’re thrilled to announce that B3 Canada rebranded its name to Skills4Good.

While our mission remains the same, our new name reflects our bigger impact.

Skills4Good is a matchmaker between businesses and nonprofits. Our innovative matchmaking programs match high-potential employees to serve on nonprofits. We help companies increase employee engagement using an innovative algorithm-driven, scalable B2B matchmaking platform.

Because of our global clients, we're expanding our operations beyond Canada's borders into the U.S. and across the world.

We’re also expanding beyond nonprofit board matching programs for senior-level employees. We're providing skills-based volunteering for young and mid-level employees too.

“What’s in a name?”, asked Shakespeare in Romeo & Juliet.

To us, our new name Skills4Good means a whole lot. It means we’re amplifying the power of companies to do good through skills-based volunteering - on a global scale - and positively change the world.
